 Membership

• Annual review of Membership Levels.
• Coordinate Membership Drive early (5/31/09). This includes the collection of membership dues. Payment by credit card on the website is available. A QB Club Membership database will be created.
• Work with the Merchandise Committee in ordering & distributing Membership merchandise.
• Create and distribute lanyards and home game passes.
• Prepare for QB Club seating at all home games.
• Assist the coaches by providing DVD’s at the weekly Game Review to the QB Club members.
• Coordinate refreshments at the Game Review.

Corporate Sponsorship

• Annual review of Corporate Sponsorship Levels.
• Coordinate Corporate Sponsorship early(5/31/08)
• which includes the 501( c )3 status as a nonprofit organization. A Corporate Sponsorship database will be created.
• This committee will collaborate with the Advertising and Stampede Committee’s. The committee will order and display advertising banners along with providing Sponsorship recognition to the announcer at all home games.
• Corporate Sponsorship related Stampede and home game tickets will be distributed by this committee.
• Corporate Level Sponsorship thank you letters and plaque’s will be written and distributed by this committee.
• Need Volunteers

• Create an integrated advertising campaign to include the  Stampede, game day banners and announcements, website ads, football program ads, etc. 
• Work with Membership and Corporate Sponsorship committee’s. 
• May include PHS and community involvement to promote PHS Football.

Team Moms

Freshman - TBD

To include Varsity, JV and Freshman Teams.  Recommendation of two Moms to share this responsibility for each team.  Due to the depth of this committee and its many responsibilities, the success of this committee is to welcome and encourage as many Moms as possible to participate.  The following is a list of activities the Team Moms may coordinate:

• Varsity Pre-Game meals/JV and Freshman snacks
• Locker Decorations
• Senior Parent Night
• Hawks Night
• Coordination of Football Banquets
• Coach’s/Senior  gifts
• Obtain individual and team shots throughout the season

Merchandise (Fan Gear and Spirit Pack)

• Directly works with the coaches in ordering merchandise and the collection of money for the spirit pack. 
• Collaborates with the Membership Committee in the ordering of merchandise for the QB Club Members.   
• Coordinates the design, sales and ordering of all fan gear, including player buttons, corsages and yard signs. 
• Begins sales early with the suggestion of the first week of school.
• Pre-sale, pre-payment and a scheduled delivery date is strongly encouraged.

Spring and Team Football Camps

• Work with PHS Football Coaches to help coordinate registration and to offer support during the camps.  This may include a BBQ for the players/coaches. 
• Coordinate the collection of information on the players, particularly the incoming Freshman, to help compile a new roster of players. 
• Work with the Communications Committee.
